Bill type

I matched the bill to my own records

Dates of service, plan details, meter period, cancellation date, or account history all make sense.

I asked for itemization or detail if needed

I am not paying a vague total that I cannot trace to line items or charges.

I checked for duplicate or incorrect charges

I reviewed rates, quantities, fees, taxes, and repeated line items.

I know the due date and my next action date
